    New Wellness Book 

     

    Former Made in Chelsea star Caggie Dunlop has released a book about storytelling, truth seeking and the quest for authenticity. Saturn Returns: Your Cosmic Coming of Age is Caggie’s part memoir, part roadmap. Put simply a Saturn Return takes place every 27 to 29 years as this is when Saturn re-enters the position it was in when you were born. This time is said to be a time of reckoning and renewal.     New Immersive Experience 

     

    Innovative high-performance sports and outdoors brand On opens a three-story explorative and immersive consumer experience this month. It will feature the latest in retail technology to allow shoppers to interact and engage with the brand in an entirely new way. Plus, the entire store is designed to reflect On’s Swiss heritage. You can test out shoes with the store’s magic wall, which will span the full length and height of the top floor, allowing shoppers to run a few strides before being matched with the best On shoes for their running style.

    New Art Exhibition

     

    Held during London Fashion Week, The Mandrake Hotel is hosting and unveiling a free, never-before-seen exhibition of cult fashion photographer Joseph Clarkson, entitled A Parasite in Rich Soil’s Delight. Expect a fashion-led interpretation of the life journey of a worm, coming up from the soil and experiencing its senses, the world and its surroundings for the first time.

    Plus if hunger strikes, the hotel’s eatery YOPO has curated a tasty set menu specifically for London Fashion Week.

    East London’s latest wellness space, Fire and Alchemy, has a fantastic timetable of events coming up this month. This includes a two-hour crystal workshop aimed at beginners who’d like to learn a little more about working with crystals, what they do and the science behind them.

    New Self Development Masterclass
