To make a mug of delicious matcha, warm up your favourite milk, add ½ tsp of matcha in a bowl, add 1/4 cup of warm water (max. 85 °C) and whisk in a zig zag motion until smooth and frothy. Pour into your favourite cup and add milk. For a cup of cool matcha, just add cold milk or serve over ice.
