Grapefruit revitalises the senses and loads the skin with vitamin C and antioxidants whilst bergamot is a fantastic blemish fighter for sensitive skin which may have a tendency to overreact when faced with astringent ingredients.
Antioxidant-rich lavender fights against damaging external aggressors and galbanum tones, so overworked skin can enjoy a much needed refresh and deep clean. Finally, patchouli adds buoyancy to skin.

Use this mask as often as needed (pre, during, post workout, or daily for sweaty skin types). Apply as a thin layer to prime skin or use it as a lightweight leave-on mask. If you choose to use this as a mask, apply a thick layer as a heavier mask for 20 minutes, or for best results leave it on overnight. However you choose to use it, the blend of ingredients will sink in fast.
