    How long will my listing be active?

    Your listing will be active for 12 months from the date of approval and payment. You will receive a renewal notice before your listing expires, allowing you to renew for another year.

    Can I make changes to my listing after it’s live?

    Yes, if you need to make any updates or amendments to your listing, simply email us at info@dandy-wellness.com, and we’ll assist you with the necessary changes.

    Can my listing be removed from the Directory?

    Yes, Dandy Wellness reserves the right to remove listings that no longer meet our standards, if they receive complaints, or for any breach of our terms and conditions. Additionally, you can choose to remove your listing by contacting us directly, though the annual fee is non-refundable.

    How do I renew my listing?

    You will receive an email notification before your listing is set to expire, providing a link to renew your listing for another year at £99. If you choose not to renew, your listing will be removed from the Directory after the 12-month period.
