Absorbency: Heavy (~4 regular tampons equivalent) with wings for secure fit.

Wash your hands, unwrap the pad from its individual wrapper.

Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive and apply to the centre of your underwear.

Fold the wings over the side of your underwear for a secure fit.

Change as needed (typically every 4‑8 hours or sooner); wrap used pad in its paper before disposing in general waste (pads are not flushable).

While the wrap is compostable , limitations in disposal conditions mean general waste is recommended for consistent breakdown.
