Wash your hands.

Unwrap a liner and remove the backing to expose the adhesive.

Place it onto the centre of your underwear adhesive‑side down.

Change every 4–6 hours or as needed for comfort and hygiene.

Wrap used liners in their paper or tissue and dispose in general waste (though materials are biodegradable, breakdown depends on conditions).
