3. Membership Fees

• Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Cancellations

• Member-Initiated Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at info@dandy-wellness.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the cycle.
• Non-Renewal: If you choose not to renew your membership, you can disable auto-renewal or contact us before the next billing cycle begins to avoid further charges.

7. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrades: Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time, with fees adjusted accordingly. The new benefits will take effect immediately after the upgrade.

In the event of termination by Dandy Wellness, no refund will be issued for any remaining period of the current billing cycle.

10. Liability
