But when it comes to unpacking deep-rooted trauma or addressing specific mental health concerns, it’s not qualified. ChatGPT lacks the emotional depth and experience of a licensed therapist. It’s like using a Band-Aid when you need stitches—helpful in a pinch, but not the long-term solution.
No Emotional Intelligence
AI doesn’t feel. It’s all algorithms and data. While ChatGPT might offer some comforting words or helpful advice, it doesn’t actually understand what you’re going through in a personal way. Sometimes, what you need isn’t just a helpful tip, but an empathetic response. ChatGPT can’t give you that.
