    What is it? Electrolyte powder with precision-formulated sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride

     

    Flavours tried: Berry, Grapefruit, Original

     

    Taste:
    Minimalist but not boring. Berry is bright without being syrupy. Grapefruit has a clean, citrusy edge. Original is almost undetectable—great for mixing without altering flavour.

     

    Effects:
    Consistently effective. Whether it was post-gym, post-wine, or mid-3pm slump, SULT genuinely helped. Replenishing without any sugar high or crash.

    Effects:
    Excellent post-workout recovery. Reduced DOMS, improved sleep, and felt like it genuinely supported performance.

    Flavours tried: Lychee, Berry Pomegranate, Elderberry, Himalayan Lime

     

    Taste:

    Lychee: Juicy and aromatic

    Berry Pomegranate: Fruity with a slight tartness

    Elderberry: Subtle, sweet, and rich

    Himalayan Lime: Crisp, citrus-forward

     

    Lychee and Berry Pomegranate were team favourites. Elderberry and Lime were pleasant, though Lime split opinion for offering a sharper tang.

     

    Effects:
    Boosted daily energy and focus—less slump than with plain water, but not as impactful post-training.

    What is it? A peach-flavoured liposomal sachet packed with electrolytes, vitamins, caffeine and L‑Theanine

     

    Taste:
    Very peachy. Sweet, juicy, a bit like a vitamin gel that wants to be a fruit snack. Fun in the first sip, but a little synthetic by the end.

     

    Effects:
    Gives a proper little energy lift—thanks to caffeine and L-Theanine—but feels more like a coffee alternative than a true hydration hero. Focus boost? Yes. Electrolyte replenishment? Not quite the main event.
