A day punctuated by rituals, is a day well spent. This sparkling tonic combines Lion’s Mane to boost mood, dial in focus and enhance memory. Hibiscus and Rose soothes and uplifts. Our favourite time to enjoy is as the sun is beginning to dip beneath the horizon, perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif.
- 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon Lion’s Mane
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 2 teaspoon agave or liquid stevia drops to taste Sparkling water
Pour the boiling water over the dried hibiscus flowers and steep for five minutes.
Strain and place in the refrigerator until chilled.
In a cocktail shaker add ice, the chilled hibiscus tea, Lion’s Mane, rose water, agave and shake vigorously.
Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water.
