    john reed fitness, liverpool street

For something a little more vibey - think DJs and loud music to keep you pumped - head to John Reed Fitness. In fact, music is one of the key pillars at John Reed; they even have their own radio app with various channels filled with tunes so you can find the mix that motivates you most.

The gym space itself has dedicated areas for different types of fitness; functional training, boxing, cardio, free weights, and machine strength training. All members get a free consultation too with one of John Reed’s personal trainers, to really hone in on your goals. Group fitness classes  - from cardio to hot yoga - are one-of-a-kind thanks to specially curated playlists.

The design of John Reed is really quite something, too. Murals by international street artists, an LED tunnel and even statues of Greek-like Gods. Its interior design, taken to the next level.

Enjoy the wellness area too complete with Finnish ladies and men sauna. Because downtime is important too!
