Wellness never stops, but it sure does feel easier in spring! From the much anticipated three day Balance Festival, a workshop on feminist sex, networking events, sound healing sessions, and even the chance to do yoga or meditate with a view at Sky Garden, London's highest public garden, there’s something for everyone.

Throughout May: Morning Yoga at The Mandrake
In the lush surroundings of the Mandrake Hotel, a gorgeous place of spiritual discovery and a true antidote to urban living, you’ll enjoy the ultimate restorative yoga session led by a certified yoga teacher, energy healer and sound healing practitioner. Classes include affirmations and asanas and focus on activating the chakra system.

There’s no better escape from the hustle and bustle of London’s daily grind than a meditation session with incredible city views from the 35th floor! Sky Garden and TruBe Fitness open up their doors to yoga, pilates, and meditation sessions throughout the month of May: they’re suitable for all levels and abilities, and will be guaranteed to brighten up your month from London’s highest public garden!
May 5th: Full Moon Women's Circle at Wild Roots
Welcome the Full Moon in Scorpio on May 5th with a community-focused practice at Hackney’s Wild Roots Studio. You’ll have the chance to nourish yourself with a series of yoga and astrology rituals facilitated by Lara Cowin Coaching and Pari from Om Mama Yoga: guided partner work, sharing circles, slow flow yoga and breathwork, meditations, tea and sweet treats will accompany you in this women’s circle reconnecting you with your subconscious wisdom.
May 10th: Balance Festival at The Old Truman Brewery
Balance Festival is coming back to The Old Truman Brewery! From the chance to learn from the top wellness gurus and world-class fitness trainers, yoga icons, inspiring chefs and next-generation food and lifestyle brands, this is the event of the month for the true wellbeing-obsessed crowd!
May 13th: Breathwork workshop at Bamford Wellness Spa
Breathwork has a direct relationship to our emotions and our mental wellbeing, and through therapeutic techniques such as conscious connected breath we can learn to modulate our breathing and rewire the relationship with ourselves and our body.
May 14th: Sacred rage ceremony
Another event by Fire+Alchemy, this time facilitated by Rachael Morley, the sacred rage ceremony is a release circle that leverages embodied breathwork, energy releasing movement and primal noise to cultivate the primal power within each one of us. This ceremony is for you if you’re in need of a permission slip to release with no limitation or expectation!
May 14th: CASA Vinyasa Class, Meditation + Yoga Ethics Workshop at Mortimer House
This 2-hour CASA session combines yoga, meditation and a lively discussion on the fascinating topic of how to better understand and integrate yogic ideals into your life. On top of getting to reflect on the important topic of “SATYA,” which means truthfulness, you get to go home with free kombucha provided by Equinox and healthy vegan snacks!
May 15th: Priorities Live: The Life Pivot by Lily Silverton at the London Edition

May 16th: Yang to Yin sound healing
Head to Clapton for a full body yoga practice over 2 hours.
