These Terms and Conditions govern your application for and participation in the Dandy Directory (the “Directory”) operated by Dandy Wellness (“Dandy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying for, maintaining, or renewing a listing in the Directory, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

The Directory is open to women founders, practitioners, creatives, and space owners whose work aligns with Dandy’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and responsible practice.

Applicants must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Hold relevant qualifications where required
• Operate within their professional scope
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Dandy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Application & Review Process

All applications are subject to review.

This may include assessment of:

• Professional standing and experience
• Qualifications and credentials (where applicable)
• Clarity and accuracy of services offered
• Responsible and lawful positioning
• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Dandy reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion and is not obligated to provide detailed feedback.

3. Fees & Payment

Annual Listing Fee: £299 + VAT

The fee is payable only after approval.

Listings remain active for 12 months from the date of payment.

The fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary removal or termination for breach of these Terms.

Dandy reserves the right to amend fees at renewal.

4. Listing Content & Editorial Control

All listings are subject to Dandy’s editorial standards.

Dandy retains final editorial control over all published listings.

We may edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and compliance.

You may not demand narrative control or guaranteed positioning.

Any requested modifications after publication must be submitted in writing. Dandy reserves the right to approve or decline changes.

5. Accuracy & Ongoing Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Notify Dandy of material changes to your services, credentials, or business
• Continue operating within your professional scope

Misrepresentation, misleading claims, or inaccurate information may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Professional Conduct

Listed professionals and businesses must maintain high standards of conduct and service delivery.

Dandy reserves the right to:

• Investigate complaints
• Request clarification or documentation
• Suspend or remove listings where conduct, positioning, or services are deemed inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with Dandy standards

Removal decisions are at Dandy’s discretion.

7. Termination & Removal

Dandy may suspend or remove a listing at any time without prior notice if:

• These Terms are breached
• Professional standards are not maintained
• Regulatory or reputational concerns arise
• Information is found to be inaccurate or misleading
• No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

8. No Endorsement & Limitation of Liability

Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute endorsement.

Dandy does not:

• Guarantee outcomes
• Guarantee client acquisition
• Accept responsibility for interactions between users and listed professionals

All services are engaged at the user’s own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandy disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from Directory use.

9. Renewal

Listings expire 12 months from the payment date.

Renewal requires payment of the annual fee at the current rate. Dandy may remove expired listings without notice.

10. Amendments

Dandy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Directory constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
