Directory Listing Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and participation in the directory listing service on the Dandy Wellness website (the "Directory"). By applying for and maintaining a listing in the Directory, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
To apply for a listing in the Directory, you must be a wellness professional or operate a wellness-related space that meets our high standards for quality and care. All applicants must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete documentation to support their application.
2. Application and Approval Process
- Application: You must submit an application through our website, providing all necessary details and documentation that validate your qualifications and services.
- Vetting: All applications are subject to a thorough vetting process to ensure compliance with Dandy Wellness standards. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our criteria.
- Approval: If approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your listing.
3. Fees
- Annual Fee: Once approved, you are required to pay an annual fee of £99 to maintain your listing in the Directory.
- Billing Cycle: The fee will be billed yearly, and your listing will be active for 12 months from the payment date.
- Non-Refundable: The annual fee is non-refundable, even if you decide to remove your listing or if your listing is terminated for violating these Terms and Conditions.
4. Listing Pre-Approval and Modifications
- Pre-Approval: Before your listing goes live, it will be sent to you for final review and approval.
- Modifications: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your listing details. Any changes or updates after your listing goes live must be requested by contacting us at info@dandy-wellness.com.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your directory listing. Misrepresentation of your qualifications, services, or credentials may result in the removal of your listing without notice or refund.
6. Conduct
As a listed professional or space, you are expected to provide high-quality services and maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients. Any complaints regarding your services may result in an investigation, and Dandy Wellness reserves the right to remove any listing if it deems the services or conduct to be substandard or inappropriate.
7. Termination
Dandy Wellness reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to provide accurate information.
- Failure to maintain a high standard of service.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Liability
Dandy Wellness is not responsible for any interactions or transactions between directory users and listed professionals or spaces. By using the Directory, you acknowledge that all listings are provided as-is, and Dandy Wellness does not endorse or guarantee any services or outcomes.
9. Renewal
Your listing will automatically expire at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed by paying the annual fee. You will receive a renewal notice prior to the expiration date.
10. Amendments to Terms
Dandy Wellness reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website, and continued participation in the Directory constitutes acceptance of these changes.
