Blending not one but three different lavenders (Cornish, Provençal and Himalayan) specifically selected for their calming and sleep-inducing properties. Lavender is well-known for its positive effects on sleep but as an added bonus it also helps to reduce anxiety, often the cause of insomnia. It’s best to use this product 30mins before bed to help wind down and relax the body. You can use this oil either on the skin (2 drops on key sensory points), in a diffuser (1 full pipette) or our personal favourite, 3-5 full pipettes into a warm relaxing bath.
