    This 2-hour CASA session combines yoga, meditation and a lively discussion on the fascinating topic of how to better understand and integrate yogic ideals into your life. On top of getting to reflect on the important topic of "Ahimsa," which means non-violence both towards others and ourselves, you get to shift the energy in the room with some movement and then sit down with tea, coffee and delicious healthy vegan snacks to learn and reflect together.


    July 1st: Lunch with the imperfect nutritionist by AllBright Collective

    AllBright Collective is all about that summer spirit, and they’ve got plenty of incredible events as part of their Live Well Summer series! With immersive wellbeing workshops designed to counteract the increasingly busy, demanding and stressful lifestyles of their London community, you shouldn’t miss out on their July offerings to support and re-energise you from within. This first one is a bespoke luncheon with a mindful difference hosted by Jennifer Medhurst, aka The Imperfect Nutritionist,  paired with open and relaxed discussion around the truth behind a balanced diet for women’s health.


    July 5th: The Fly Girl Spring Run Club

    Launched in 2018, Fly Girl Collective is a community that encourages more black and brown women to pursue a fitness lifestyle. Looking to connect with other black women and WOC interested in wellness in London? Brighten up your week ––and get your step count up–– with the Fly Girl Spring Run Club. Perfect for beginners, this 3-5km run meets in Sloane Square and will help you build your cardio, strength, stamina and endurance through the joy of running. In fly style. 


    July 7th: An evening with Sofar Sounds by AllBright Collective

    The Live Well Summer series by AllBright Collective is not one to miss! Join them on Friday evening for a live music experience with the sounds of talented up-and-coming female artists within an intimate atmosphere. Previous emerging artists championed by Sofar Sounds include Hozier, Billie Eilish, Leon Bridges, Lianne La Havas and Jamila Woods, among many other incredible talents. 


    July 12th: Feminist Book Society at The House of St Barnabas

    Join the Feminist Book Society at The House of St Barnabas in Greek Street for an inspiring talk on how women can step into their power and champion others who have done the same. With three extraordinary panellists, Chikodili Emelumadu, Margaret Meyer and Emilia Hart, with debut books about witchcraft, magic and wildness, this incredible event is a chance to honour, celebrate and remember the unstoppable force of women in their full power.     July 12th: Cacao Ceremony, ecstatic dance and sound bath with soma hOME
