What's New In Wellness This March

    Lucy Gornall

A new month of wellness brings with it a whole new batch of essentials…

    New Wellness Book

A no-nonsense guide to figuring out what you want in life, ‘Take It In: Do the inner work. Create your best damn life’, written by spiritual guide and teacher Giselle La Pompe-Moore is filled with exercises, advice and tips to help you create the life you want!
    Out March 3, £16,99.

    New wellness drink

Actress Blake Lively’s new sparkling non-alcoholic mixer tastes great, blended with a spirit of choice, but it also tastes delicious on its own. Blake has supposedly spent three years perfecting this drink, because after all, the spirit only really makes up around a quarter of the drink, so you may as well go for a swanky mixer.

    New beautifying menu

A limited edition menu is hitting the capital this month at the Farm Girl cafes in Soho and South Kensington. Dishes are made using Tremella Mushroom Powder, the new mushroom powder by DIRTEA, creators of pure and potent mushroom-extract powders.

This ‘Beauty Mushroom’ powder is renowned for its beauty and skin enhancing properties. It’s pretty much nature’s version of hyaluronic acid said to improve skin tone, elasticity, and hydration, resulting in thicker hair, stronger nails and a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.
